How to find us
Only a 5 minute walk from Monument Metro Station or a 2 minute walk from Manors car park, it's easy to find us.
We are located on Carliol Square, above a café called ‘Flat Caps’, and under the ‘Body Zone’ gym.
Walking from Monument Metro Station
Head down Dean Street towards, then past, the Theatre Royal. Turn left along Shakespeare Street and cross Pilgrim Street. Follow Worswick Street to the bottom and we are on the corner opposite. Enter the building through the ‘Bodyzone’ door and take the stairs to the first floor. On the wall to the left of the 1st floor door there is a key pad. Press ‘4’ then the ‘bell’ icon and you’ll be buzzed in.
Parking at Manors Car Park
If travelling by car, park on level 3 of the Manors car park. To the far righthand side of the level there is an exit (take one flight of stairs up) to the walkway which will take you across the motorway. This leads to stairs which descend onto Carliol Square. Walk to the top of the street and you’re at the entrance to the ‘Bodyzone’ gym and simply follow the access details detailed above.
